Return & Exchange Policy
No refunds, exchange and store credit only. items must be returned within three days (72 hours) of when UPS and/or USPS delivered it or it will be sent back to you at your expense. It must be wrapped to return, each item protected as you received it. The time delivered, being that time recorded by UPS and/or USPS. Please do not return any item before notifying the Girlie Girlie Shop customerservice department.
No refund or exchanges on earrings. Handbags are for exchange only, and must be in resalable condition, except that it may have been removed from the original packaging.
Shipping, Handling & Delivery Charges
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.
Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of $8.00. FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more!
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & delivery charges on orders. You cannot cancel an order after it has been processed for shipping. If you would like to return the item after you have received it you may do so at your expense. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Girlie Girl Shop makes every effort to ship all orders as soon as they are received and processed. Delivery time may vary depending on the location items are being sent to. Normal delivery is within 5-10 business days, and does not include processing time. Since we ship from multiple locations, items in your order may arrive separately. If an item is back ordered you will be notified immediately. Please call or email our customer service department for any special delivery instructions such as next day or two day shipping immediately after you have placed your order. There is also room to write your special request(s) during checkout.
